A classic Crypt — low-maintenance and rewarding. Cryptocoryne Costata is a hardy rosette plant that develops rich coloration over time. One of the most reliable genera for low-tech planted aquariums.
Plant in nutrient-rich substrate. May experience "Crypt melt" after transplanting — this is normal, new leaves emerge within weeks. Avoid frequent repositioning.
